Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations or a No-show leaves a hole in the nurse's day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled service. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice for a cancellation will be charged a fee of 50% of service price to the card on file. Any No-show appointments or cancellation without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service.
